These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collabbor platform (“Platform”, “Collabbor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated as a sole proprietorship based in Georgia.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Collabbor is a structured creator-brand collaboration facilitation platform.
The Platform allows brands to submit structured collaboration requests to creators through a moderated workflow system.
Collabbor reviews submissions, moderation activity, negotiations, creator applications, uploaded content, and collaboration workflows before allowing collaborations to proceed.

Collabbor facilitates structured introductions and moderation workflows only.
All collaboration terms, compensation, content obligations, timelines, payments, taxes, shipping arrangements, legal compliance obligations, disclosures, and intellectual property agreements remain solely between the creator and the brand.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:

Collabbor reserves the right to remove content that:
Collabbor operates using a prepaid collaboration credit system.
Credits allow brands to submit structured collaboration requests for moderation review and creator routing.
Each credit corresponds to one collaboration cycle.
A collaboration cycle generally represents one complete creator-brand collaboration workflow.
Starter: 1 credit, valid 30 days
Growth: 3 credits, valid 30 days
Pro: 5 credits, valid 30 days
Credits expire automatically after the validity period.
Expired credits are non-refundable.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold.
Credits are deducted only after:
If a request is rejected before routing, no credit is deducted.
Routing confirms creator delivery only.
Routing does not guarantee:
Credits are generally non-refundable after routing.
Purchasing credits does not guarantee:
Credits purchase access to structured moderation and collaboration routing workflows only.
Collabbor operates a moderated workflow architecture.
Collabbor may review:
Negotiation messages may require approval before becoming visible to the other party.
Collabbor reserves the right to:
Moderation decisions are made at Collabbor’s sole discretion.
Collaborations may include:
Not all collaborations require shipping.
Shipping information is collected only where relevant to the collaboration structure.
Brands remain solely responsible for:
Collabbor does not guarantee shipment delivery or shipping outcomes.
Creators and brands may negotiate:
No legally binding agreement exists solely through use of the Platform unless users independently establish one.
Collabbor is not responsible for enforcing agreements between users.
If a creator accepts a collaboration and fails to fulfill agreed obligations, Collabbor may:

Credits are generally not refunded after creator acceptance.

The Platform may not be used to promote:
Collabbor reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
Payments are processed through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
Paddle handles:
By purchasing credits, users also agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Users agree to handle all received personal data lawfully.

Data retention periods may vary depending on operational, legal, fraud prevention, moderation, security, or compliance needs.
Users may request account deletion or deactivation.

Collabbor implements reasonable technical and operational safeguards intended to protect platform data and accounts.
However, no system can guarantee complete security.
Users acknowledge that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabbor disclaims liability arising from unauthorized access, cyberattacks, service interruptions, or security incidents.
Users remain responsible for maintaining secure passwords and account access practices.
After creator acceptance, users may communicate or operate outside the Platform.
Collabbor is not responsible for:
Users interact off-platform at their own risk.
Users retain ownership of their own content.
By uploading content, users grant Collabbor a limited license to:
Users may not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabbor is not liable for:
Collabbor’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for unused credits directly associated with the claim.
Collabbor may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
